SvasthyaMinds ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information Collection & Data Safety

For the purpose of the Google Play Data Safety section, we collect and process the following data:

Personal Information: Name and Email Address. Used for Account Management and functionality (Authentication).
App Activity: Meditation history, streaks, and gamification progress. Used for App Functionality and Analytics.
Device or Other IDs: Device identifiers. Used for App Functionality, Analytics, and Fraud Prevention.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data strictly to:

Authenticate your user account (via Firebase Auth).
Save your meditation progress and settings (via Cloud Firestore).
Analyze app performance to improve stability (via Crashlytics).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers required for app operation:

Google Firebase: For backend infrastructure, authentication, and database services.
Razorpay: For processing secure payment subscriptions (if applicable).

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion (and thus data deletion) at any time by contacting support or using the in-app "Delete Account" feature. You may also withdraw consent for a specific use of your data (for example, analytics) without deleting your account, by contacting us using the details below.

After account deletion, your personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days. Some information may be retained longer where required by law, such as payment records kept for tax and accounting purposes, or where it exists in encrypted backups that are cycled out over time.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal data. To exercise any of these, contact us at the email below; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Right to Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Erasure: ask us to delete your data, subject to the retention exceptions above.
Right to Data Portability: request your data in a structured, commonly used format.
Right to Object or Restrict Processing: object to or limit certain uses of your data, such as analytics.
Right to Withdraw Consent: withdraw any consent you previously gave, at any time.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: if you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to India's Data Protection Board under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or, if you are in the EU/UK, to your local data protection supervisory authority.

Our infrastructure runs on Google Firebase, which may process and store data outside your home country as part of Google's global cloud infrastructure. Google is contractually bound to protect this data under its own data processing terms.
