To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to SvasthyaMinds will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of SvasthyaMinds will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at the email below so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
